There's a lot of good news for me that I would like to share with all of you. First off, while I do have a Spanish final next Wednesday, I am pretty much done with my school work for this semester and I'm so excited for the summer. Although sometimes this semester it felt like I had a lot of school work, I enjoyed this semester and I still found myself having lots of fun. I liked all of my classes and a lot of people in my classes were awesome. I also managed to keep top grades throughout the semester so I wouldn't surprised if i wind up with a perfect 4.0 this semester.
Second, I might as well say this now, Billy Kline, the editor in chief of the Banner, has recruited me to his staff for next year and it is something that I am more than happy to do. On top of that, my journalism professor told me yesterday that he sees me as a columnist so with that I'm hoping to push for a spot on the op-ed section of the Banner next year. I can't promise you that I will get my own section but what I can promise is that CSI students will get the news, information and insights that they need. I think I'll wrap things up right here and to my fellow CSI students I hope you have an awesome summer.
